Our task was to design the first phase of the residential development, which, along with the revitalization of the sugar factory itself and subsequent stages of the investment, will constitute a significant part of the new urban fabric of Pruszcz. The historic buildings will house a sports center, retail and dining spaces, a hotel, cafes, and other functions, creating a core around which the residential development will be built. The investor plans the development to house over 1,700 families.
