Projektowany budynek tworzy pierzeję placu. Dominanta architektoniczna o szklanej wertykalnej fasadzie została optycznie odcięta od bryły kamiennej do bryły głównej. Wewnątrz dominanty zaprojektowano patio łączące wszystkie kondygnacje, w którym zlokalizowano panoramiczne dźwigi osobowe dla gości. W budynku zaprojektowano również patio zewnętrze otoczone z trzech stron bryłą hotelu. Patio to znajduje się na czwartej kondygnacji hotelu. W miejscu tym zaprojektowano ogród dostępny dla gości hotelowych.

The building also includes an outdoor patio surrounded by the hotel on three sides. This patio is located on the fourth floor of the hotel. There is a garden available for hotel guests.

The designed building forms the frontage of the square. The architectural dominant with a vertical glass façade was optically cut off from the stone mass of the main building. Inside the dominant, a patio was designed connecting all floors, where panoramic passenger elevators for guests were located. The building also includes an outdoor patio surrounded by the hotel on three sides. This patio is located on the fourth floor of the hotel. There is a garden available for hotel guests.
